Candidates must have at the latest date of application: -

Significant experience of working in a busy HR environment to include a knowledge of recruitment procedures and systems.
Knowledge of HSE HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
Demonstrate a knowledge of HR IT systems and reporting.
Staff supervision experience.
