Your work as an Intake Specialist directly impacts our participants journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.

About Your Role

• Manage client enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and clinician records.
• Support smooth onboarding for participants and their families.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with processes.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain caseload balance and clinician availability.
• Deliver a high standard of care and communication in every interaction.
  
  

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in business administration desirable.
• Previous experience in administrative or team support roles; healthcare or NDIS experience a plus.
• First Aid Certificate (optional).
• Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and approachable.
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage competing tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships.
