Program Manager Supply Chain

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Program Manager Supply Chain to join their team. As a Program Manager Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Process Intelligence department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Supply Chain

Location:Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $83- $85 on hourly

Whats the Job?

• Lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities effectively.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive program artifacts including charters, roadmaps, and risk registers.
• Oversee resource planning, vendor relationships, and contractual negotiations to align with organizational goals.
  
  
  

Whats Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in program or senior project management within complex technology environments.
• Proven success in communicating with senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, EAC, and executive financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
