As a Music Copyright Associate, youll explore YouTube to spot unlicensed songs, remixes, and soundtracks. Protect artists rights, place accurate claims, and ensure creators get paid ,all while staying on top of trending music and viral hits. This is your chance to combine your passion for music with a dynamic, fast-paced role that makes a real impact in the digital music world.

What Youll Do

• Identify and claim client assets in YouTube videos using your aural skills and place precise claims
• Ensure all actions align strictly with YouTubes latest copyright policies and internal guidelines
• Deep-dive into music databases to verify composers and ownership
• Work closely with your supervisors to report trends, catalog discrepancies, and claiming strategies
• Drive revenue accumulation through meticulous asset management
  
  

Requirements

• GCE A/Ls or GCE O/Ls with a relevant certificate or diploma
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in preferably in music, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Excellent research and listening skills to identify music across various genres and formats
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for learning about digital rights
• Flexible and comfortable with extended hours and long periods analyzing YouTube content
