Assistant Center Director – Code Ninjas Riverstone (Sugar Land, TX)

We’re hiring an Assistant Center Director for our Code Ninjas Riverstone center. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who wants to grow into a Center Director position. You’ll work closely with the owner to drive enrollments, ensure student success, and create an exceptional experience for families.

For the right person, there is a clear path to Center Director, along with performance-based incentives and bonuses tied to growth.

What You Will Own

• Drive Enrollment & Growth
• Lead sales conversations—from inquiry to enrollment
• Follow up with leads and convert trials into memberships
• Support local outreach (schools, events, partnerships)
• Track performance and help improve conversion rates
• Student Progress & Program Quality
• Work closely with Lead Instructors (Senseis) to track student progress
• Ensure ninjas are advancing and staying engaged
• Flag students who need support and help implement solutions
• Maintain high-quality delivery across coding, robotics, and camps
• Parent & Customer Experience
• Be the first point of contact for parents and prospective families
• Conduct tours, onboard new students, and support ongoing communication
• Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Address questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Team Culture & Support
• Help create a positive, energetic dojo environment
• Support and motivate Senseis during shifts
• Lead by example in professionalism, energy, and accountability
• Operations & Execution
• Support daily center operations, scheduling, and class flow
• Ensure the center is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
  
  

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership role
• Computer Science/STEM background
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with sales—you can confidently guide families to enroll
• High ownership mindset—you take initiative and follow through
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Passion for working with kids, families, and teams

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday 3.30PM - 7.45PM, Saturdays 9.30AM - 3.30PM
• Once a month Saturdays parents night out 5.00PM-9.30PM
• Schedule is somewhat flexible, but candidate needs to be present during center open hours.
  
  

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
