Task

Key Responsibilities

• Sales order processing in NetSuite (converting estimates to orders based on payments and purchase orders received)
• Checking of customer purchase orders against estimates
• Reviewing estimates for missing information and following through with various teams (customer service, finance, sales, and purchasing) and customers for information where required, via phone and email
• Review and update of client information and data in NetSuite
• Ensuring orders are allocated to relevant teams for further action once processed
• Prioritise order entry based on urgency
• Supporting with related customer data and backorder review tasks as required

• Efficiency & accuracy
• General Excel and data entry skills
• NetSuite knowledge is useful, not mandatory
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred

• Background in manufacturing or construction materials industries.
• Experience with vendor management and logistics coordination.
