NOTE: You must have a stable internet for a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

  • Support ISO system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with Stage 1 audit close-outs and Stage 2 audit preparation
  • Manage compliance monitoring, reporting, and corrective action tracking
  • Maintain document control, version management, and records administration
  • Oversee safety systems administration and compliance processes
  • Manage asset registers and asset tracking systems
  • Administer SharePoint systems and workflow management
  • Maintain policies, procedures, SWMS, and forms
  • Schedule audits and track compliance actions
  • Manage contractor compliance requirements
  • Support operational compliance activities across the business
  • Assist with continuous improvement and system optimisation initiatives
  • Open, monitor, and close maintenance work orders
  • Prepare and send downtime and process reports
  • Assist with parts ordering and maintenance coordination
  • Set up and maintain machine files and equipment records
  • Monitor oil sample programs and maintenance schedules
  • Manage component change-out schedules
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and asset management data

Requirments

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO compliance
  • Experience using maintenance management systems and asset management software
  • Experience with maintenance software such as Ascora and Gearbelt
  • Strong mobile plant asset management experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with maintenance and operations teams
  • Experience working with compliance systems, audits, and operational processes
  • Ability to learn and adapt to internal systems and software platforms quickly
