NOTE: You must have a stable internet for a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration and Employment Hero processes
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage training coordination and competency tracking
  • Maintain VOCs, licences, inductions, and compliance records
  • Coordinate site mobilisation activities and bookings
  • Schedule medicals, inductions, and training sessions
  • Provide recruitment administration support
  • Maintain personnel records and training matrices
  • Support safety administration and reporting processes
  • Provide general administration and operational support
  • Assist with payroll and timesheet administration as required
  • Coordinate communication with employees regarding mobilisation and compliance requirements
  • Support ISO systems, compliance processes, and operational administration activities

Requirments

  • Experience in HR administration, mobilisation, training coordination, and safety support
  • Experience using Employment Hero or similar HR systems
  • Knowledge of ISO systems and compliance processes
  • Experience managing employee records, training matrices, and compliance documentation
  • Familiarity with VOCs, licences, inductions, and mobilisation requirements
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Experience supporting payroll and timesheet administration is preferred
