Location / Shift

Clark, Pampanga, US Shift

NOTE: You must have a stable internet for a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist the company in achieving its vision of delivering the highest level of service and being the fastest turnkey e-commerce furniture company.
  • Monitor and positively influence the company’s gross profit through cost reduction and ideas to create revenue.
  • Oversee all order entry responsibilities, including creation of shipping paperwork.
  • Responsibility for all communication with the shipping team
  • Work with the necessary departments to overcome challenges to ensure our OTIF score is maximized.
  • Oversee all post-shipment issue resolution.
  • Oversee all processes and procedures to ensure that they make it easy, accurate, and efficient to do business with us
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Coordinate and manage inbound international shipments, working closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and overseas vendors
  • Prepare, review, and maintain all international shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations, including documentation requirements and HTS classification codes
  • Continue to optimize Outbound shipments in conjunction with our 3rd party providers and the Warehouse Shipping team
  • Track inbound shipments from origin to destination and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
  • Communicate shipment updates and delivery timelines with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor and analyze international freight costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved logistics efficiency
  • Coordinate transportation planning by selecting optimal shipping methods and carriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance and internal reviews
  • Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inbound receiving and shipment coordination
  • Analyze logistics data and support the development of reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance
  • Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce logistics costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, sales, and finance teams to support overall supply chain operations

Requirments

Skills & Attributes Required

  • Excellent administrative, record-keeping, and computing skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent customer service and data entry skills
  • Ability to professionally communicate via email and Live Chats
  • Ability to deal politely and effectively with inquiries as well as complaints and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Strong desire to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • -2 years in a similar role
