Location / Shift Angeles Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Sales Support – Quoting & Warranty Coordination team member to assist our sales team with quoting tasks, warranty coordination, and general admin support. This role is mostly focused on preparing and managing quotes, including offering value-engineered alternatives, helping maintain smooth sales operations, and tracking warranty tickets. Some exposure to technical drawings or lighting layouts may be helpful but is not essential. Key Responsibilities Quoting Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, particularly offering alternative fittings and value-engineered (VE) solutions.
  • Occasionally assist with creating basic fitting counts from supplied information or drawings (training provided if needed).
  • Help complete simple comparison schedules showing specified fittings versus our proposed alternatives to support the quoting process.
  • Organize and track quote documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Warranty Coordination

  • Log and manage incoming warranty requests and support tickets.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to gather the information needed to resolve issues.
  • Keep records of ticket progress, actions taken, and outcomes for future reference.

Sales Admin & Inbox Support

  • Monitor the shared sales inbox, identify key emails, and ensure tasks are followed up.
  • Save documents such as quotes, specifications, and drawings to the correct folders.
  • Enter follow-up actions and project notes into HubSpot CRM for team visibility.
  • Support sales reps with general admin tasks and document management.

Skills & Experience Essential

  • Experience in a sales support, admin, estimating support, or customer-facing coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail, task ownership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing documents and shared folders.
  • Comfortable navigating inboxes, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and digital workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with lighting products or construction industry processes.
  • Basic ability to interpret construction drawings or extract fitting counts.
  • Experience using PDF markup tools or take-off software.
  • Exposure to completing product comparison or substitution schedules.
