Job Description

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders within NetSuite, ensuring seamless order execution and high levels of data integrity. This role plays a critical part in supporting efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Ordering

• Process sales orders in NetSuite, including converting estimates into confirmed orders based on received payments and purchase orders.
• Validate customer purchase orders against estimates to ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms.
• Prioritise order entry based on urgency, customer needs, and business requirements.
  
  

Data Accuracy & System Management

• Review estimates for missing or incomplete information and proactively follow up with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Purchasing) and customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and update accurate customer and order data in NetSuite.
• Ensure all records are complete, compliant, and aligned with internal processes.
  
  

Coordination & Workflow Management

• Ensure processed orders are correctly allocated to relevant teams for further action.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  
  

Customer & Order Support

• Support customer-related data tasks and assist with backorder reviews and management.
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups on outstanding or delayed orders where required.
• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Key Skills / Experience

• Proven experience in sales order processing, sales support, or customer service.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
