Job Description

Should be comfortable with Excel formulas such as:

Key Responsibilities

• XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, etc
• COUNTIFS, SUMIF, etc
• Data match between spreadsheets, where the primary key needs cleaning up to ensure a match (e.g., colour code added, hyphens added or removed, etc.)
• Large dataset – validate pricing consistency or inconsistency
• Rounding based on value (e.g., different rules for different priced products)
• Import/export (i.e., Foreign Exchange), adding conversion
• Find and replace using wildcards
• Text and date or currency in the same string/formula
  
  

Requirements

Qualification and Requirements

• NetSuite / PowerBI experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  
  

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent English communicator – written and verbal
• Pricing or purchasing experience
