KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver structured, role-specific operational training for new starters within the assigned functional stream
• Provide ongoing operational training and refresher sessions for existing staff Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training aligned to approved training frameworks
• Support staff through practical application, coaching, and reinforcement of learning
  
  

Operational Capability Development

• Ensure staff are trained to perform their roles accurately, efficiently, and in line with policy and procedure
• Reinforce operational standards, service expectations, and compliance requirements
• Support the transition of new hires from training into live operational environments
• Identify skill gaps and escalate training needs to the Senior Trainer
  
  

Collaboration & Performance Support

• Work closely with operational leaders, supervisors, and QA to align training with performance outcomes
• Support remediation and targeted training where performance gaps or quality issues are identified
• Participate in evaluation of new hire readiness and early performance
  
  

Training Materials & Documentation

• Deliver training using approved materials, guides, and learning resources
• Participate in the development of materials, guides, and learning resources
• Provide feedback on training content to support continuous
• improvement Assist with maintaining training documentation and reference materials within assigned stream
  
  

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all training delivered aligns with regulatory, policy, and compliance requirements
• Reinforce confidentiality and appropriate handling of customer and business information
• Maintain accurate records of training delivery and attendance

• Contribute to a positive, values-aligned learning environment
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
• Act as a role model for operational best practice and service standards
  
  

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?

• Demonstrated experience within Consumer Finance, financial services, or a related operational environment
• Strong understanding of operational processes within the assigned functional stream
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or on-the-job instruction highly regarded
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly and practically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, leaders, and operational teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet training timelines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and relevant business systems
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement
