This is a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator role based at our office in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As part of the Accounting team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc., you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors and suppliers.
How Youll Shine
Processing and approving vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices
Preparing and sending payments to vendors via bank transfer or cheque
Reconciling accounts payable and general ledger accounts
Providing support and information to internal stakeholders on accounts payable matters
Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting close processes
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
What Youll Bring
At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
