What Youll Be Doing

Youll be supporting the Head of Residential across all things tenancy - from leasing and renewals to liaising with letting agents and managing compliance. This is a genuinely varied, admin-heavy role that sits at the heart of the residential operation:

✅ Tenancy progression - agreements, deposits (TDS), move-ins, and notices

✅ Credit control support - chasing arrears and liaising with finance

✅ Market research and benchmark rent analysis

✅ Assisting with viewings and working closely with on-site teams

✅ Supporting ad hoc projects, including marketing initiatives

✅ Diary management, reporting, and general department coordination

What Were Looking For

🔹 3+ years experience in property management or tenancy progression

🔹 Experience with Reapit (highly desirable)

🔹 Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a customer-first mindset

🔹 Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

🔹 A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in property and residential

🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable picking up new systems
