Senior Software Engineer Full Stack

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise SaaS applications. This role requires advanced JavaScript/TypeScript expertise, strong full-stack development skills, and experience building scalable, secure, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with distributed engineering teams, lead technical initiatives, and mentor developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain complex full-stack web applications.
• Build modern single-page applications using React, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend solutions using Node.js and Express.
• Lead code reviews, system design, and software engineering best practices.
• Implement unit testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure application performance, security, scalability, and data integrity.
• Support legacy application modernization and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
• Experience with React, AngularJS, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and full-stack application architecture.
• Experience with Agile, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and test-driven development.
• Experience with Docker in Linux or macOS environments.
• Experience with NoSQL or MultiValue (PICK) databases.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of software industry experience.
• AWS or Azure cloud experience.
• Legacy application modernization experience.
• Human Capital Management (HCM) industry knowledge.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
