Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Location: Cebu

Requirements:

Education: At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality monitoring, feedback, reporting, and other QC deliverables are completed on time.
Support the implementation of Quality Excellence initiatives in coordination with Operations and Migration teams.
Prepare accurate and timely quality and SLA performance reports.
Conduct calibration and Gage R&R sessions with internal teams and clients.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, QSD, and audit requirements.
Work with Operations to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
