About Job

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati location. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in production support, inventory handling, and operational processes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare, organize, and handle materials and products for packaging and distribution
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the facility
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock management
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and properly arranged
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic documentation and record-keeping abilities
