■ ポジション概要

本ポジションは、IT領域におけるシニア〜ハイクラス人材の正社員紹介を担う、両面型のシニアキャリアコンサルタントポジションです。CxO直下ポジションやDX推進の中核人材など、戦略的ポジションのサーチからクロージングまで一貫して担当いただきます。マーケットでの信頼関係構築および売上最大化を担う中核メンバーとしての役割を期待しています。

■ 主な業務内容

• IT領域におけるミドル〜シニア／ハイクラス人材の両面型紹介業務
• 経営層・事業責任者との折衝、採用戦略の提案
• 独自ネットワークを活用したダイレクトサーチ
• 条件交渉およびクロージング戦略立案
• マーケットトレンドの分析およびビジネス拡大施策の実行
• チームへのナレッジ共有・リード

■ 応募資格 【必須経験】

• IT領域での人材紹介経験5年以上（両面型歓迎）
• シニア／ハイクラス人材の支援実績
• 法人営業〜クロージングまで一貫して担当した経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および交渉力

• 年間高額売上の実績（例：高ビリング実績）
• CxO／部長クラス以上の採用支援経験
• チームリードまたは育成経験
  
  

待遇・福利厚生

• 給与詳細: 月給：583,333円 〜（固定残業代月40時間分込み） ＋ インセンティブ（上限なし）
• 試用期間: 3ヶ月（条件は本採用と同じ）

勤務条件

• 完全週休2日制（土日祝休み）
• 年間休日 126日 （内訳：年間休日123日＋夏季休暇3日）
• 夏季休暇（3日間）、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇
• 有休休暇：初年度から最大20日（有給休暇は取得しやすい環境です。）
