About The Opportunity
- Role could be based in Chicago or Auckland, NZ
You will be the brand champion for NZMP—translating global strategy into regionally relevant brand plans, campaigns, and content that build preference and deliver commercial outcomes. You’ll partner with sales, category, and digital teams to bring insight-led, integrated activation to life across channels and customers, and shape NZMP’s brand presence and commercial impact across North America from either our Chicago or Auckland Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Localise global NZMP brand strategy; build annual brand plans for the U.S. market, with clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development (web, social, CRM, trade events, sales enablement)
- Develop compelling product and category narratives, sales tools, and customer value propositions
- Track campaign performance and brand health; use insights to refine messaging and channel mix.
- Collaborate across global/regional marketing, sales, and communications.
- Manage brand packing across Global Markets
About You
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 5–8+ years in B2B brand/marketing (food ingredients, nutrition, or adjacent industries preferred), alongside 5+ years experience in Graphic design
- Proven ability to build brand preference via integrated campaigns and high-quality content.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, agency leadership, and budget ownership, as well as strong customer communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign analytics, dashboards, and insight translation.
