职位职责 1.负责音乐类产品的视觉设计 2.负责演出运营相关的主k/海报/h5/banner等创意设计 3.参与产品创意以及趣味化设计探索，提升产品品牌影响力职位要求 1.27、28届本科学历，对审美有自己的理解，了解年轻用户群体 2.熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、各类提升工作效率的AI例如loveart等设计工具 3.对音乐演出、运营爆款、热点信息等有持续关注，并能与设计趋势结合 5.拥有高度责任感，较强的沟通协调能力 6.有摄影、动效、视频编辑、手绘等相关能力者加分 7.保持对新鲜事物的高度好奇和热情，喜欢尝试新事物，用兴趣驱动设计和创意

职位薪资：

120-150/天
