职位来源于实习僧。
岗位职责： 1. 行业热点追踪：协助团队对综艺、影视等各类内容最新热点进行筛选与整理，从平台受众喜好及会员权益出发，提出对业务有帮助的创新策划。 2. 数据监测分析：每日跟踪会员内容热点数据，分析数据波动原因。 3. 用户反馈收集：通过社交媒体、用户评论区等渠道，收集会员对内容的反馈与建议，助力团队优化后续内容创作。 4. 内容推广协助：参与会员内容推广活动策划与执行，如撰写宣传文案、设计简单海报等，提升内容曝光度。 5. 活动策划执行：协助策划会员专属线上活动，提升会员粘性与活跃度。 任职要求： 1. 专业学历：大专及以上学历在校学生，传媒、新闻、市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先。 2. 技能要求：熟练使用 Office 办公软件，如 Excel 进行数据处理分析；具备一定文案撰写能力，文字表达清晰流畅。有 PS 基础，能进行简单图片处理者更佳。 3. 平台熟悉度：熟悉芒果 TV 平台，对平台内容有深入了解，热爱影视、综艺行业，熟悉当下热门内容趋势。 4. 能力素质：具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，工作积极主动，有较强的学习能力和责任心。能够承受一定工作压力，适应互联网行业快节奏工作环境。 5. 时间要求：连续实习 3 个月以上。
