Overview Of The Role:

  • The Operations Executive is vital in managing store processes and ensuring all operational tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves overseeing RFID activities for inventory management, organizing the stockroom and shop floor, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers. Success in this role is measured by maintaining organizational standards, ensuring compliance, and optimizing stock handling procedures.

What You Will Do:

RFID Management

  • Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including understanding RFID identity and reading.
  • Utilize the six benefits of RFID in areas such as Customer Service, Sales/Returns, Inventory, Camion operations, Replenishment, and Security.

Stockroom and Shopfloor Organization

  • Manage RFID movements, including the transfer to stockroom.
  • Organize stock according to family and styles quickly and accurately.
  • Process overstock and effectively handle faulty items.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure store resources meet legal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of compliance issues and ensure team training.
  • Implement self-assessment audits and devise action plans with management.
  • Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs.

Health and Safety

  • Maintain good housekeeping throughout all store areas.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding accidents.
  • Be aware of risks to employees and customers and establish safe practices.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong understanding of RFID technology and its applications in retail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage stock effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and SOPs in retail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Articulate and possess strong communication skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
