As a Technical Support - Emergency, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding section targets and metrics by providing technical assistance to department operations which may consist of, but not limited to, receiving complaints and cases, generation and dispatching of work orders needed to address them, data extractions and handling, dashboard updating and materials monitoring and requisition. You will work closely with the Distribution Services team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Handling complaints and cases and generates field / work orders needed to address it
• Dispatching field / work orders to working group on a periodic basis
• Providing updates and assists implementation of field / work orders assigned to working group
• Verifying providers documents for billing and facilitate request for payment
• Acting as custodian to departments pertinent documents
• Facilitating issuance, returns and verifies condition of tools, working equipment and materials held accountable by the department

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Ability to ensure high accuracy in document verification and equipment inspections.
• Ability to efficiently dispatch tasks and maintain clear communication loops with working groups.
  
  

Education & Experience

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably an Electrical Engineering Diploma
• At least 1 year working experience
• TESDA Lineman Accreditation
  
  

Technical / Functional Skills

• Experience managing the issuance, return, and condition audits of tools and equipment.
• Skills in document custodianship and maintaining departmental archives.
• Proficiency in Computer
• Skills in Handling emergency-related concerns
