Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic talent to join USANA a Pharmacist who will liaise with BFAD, the corporate team, and local office on the review of product ingredients, formulations, and labels. The role also involves coordinating with the Ethics team on product claim substantiation, responding to pharmaceutical and nutritional enquiries, and conducting product-related trainings and events to educate both current and new brand partners.

What You Will Do as a Pharmacist

Essential

• Handle product registration with BFAD in compliance with local regulatory legislation.
• Prepare documentation to obtain approval from local government agencies for product licensing / launching, keep updated on new regulations or changes.
• Handle product inquiries and complaints.
• Provide counsel to Marketing and Product Management group,
• Be responsible for the health column write-up in newsletter and website.
• Coordinates with Ethics team all product claims substantiation being published in various social media platforms, Marketing collaterals and merchandise.
• Proofread all technical terms in labels, formulation, and other print materials.
• Conduct product training and assists on events as necessary.
• Manages product retention samples for all incoming shipments in coordination with Warehouse and Logistics team.
  
  
  

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Possesses a current PRC license as pharmacist
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs (MS word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong public speaking and business training skills
• Must be detailed and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as with experience working in complex environments that require working and coordinating with various functional teams and business associates.
• Able to travel to other cities and provinces on weekends, night time as required at company or associates’ events.
• Pleasant with good inter-personal and presentation skills
  
  
  

Position is located in Philippines; Working hours Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.--7:00 p.m.
