Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Communications Planning & Execution
    • Together with the Associate Director of Marketing Communications, develop and execute marketing communications plans for Hotels, F&B outlets, and Events.
    • Translate campaign briefs into clear communication strategies, messaging, and content plans.
    • Ensure alignment with overall IMC direction and brand positioning.
    • Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and signature events.
  • Content & Messaging Development
    • Lead the development of campaign messaging, copy direction, and content narratives.
    • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all platforms.
    • Work closely with Creatives to align messaging with visual direction.
    • Review and approve communication materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Channel Management & Deployment
    • Oversee execution across key channels including social media, digital platforms, PR, email, and on-ground collaterals.
    • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of all communications.
    • Coordinate with Digital Marketing for campaign amplification and performance tracking.
    • Support PR initiatives, media releases, and event publicity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with Hotels, F&B, and Events teams to align on campaign objectives, offers, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with Creatives, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations for seamless execution.
    • Support broader IR campaigns led by IMC, including Casino and Mall initiatives when required.
    • Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure clarity of deliverables across teams.
  • Execution Oversight & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all communication outputs meet brand standards and quality expectations.
    • Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
    • Address gaps, inconsistencies, or misalignments in campaign execution.
    • Ensure readiness across all touchpoints before campaign launch.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Track performance of campaigns across Hotels, F&B, and Events.
    • Analyze engagement, reach, and effectiveness of communication efforts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
    • Support post-campaign reviews and reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management
    • Manage coordination with PR agencies, media partners, and content collaborators.
    • Ensure external partners deliver outputs aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
    • Support internal stakeholders in communication planning and execution.
    • Crisis Communications Support
    • Support implementation of crisis communication frameworks and guidelines.
    • Ensure all communications follow approved messaging structures and escalation processes.
    • Coordinate with IMC leadership, Corporate Communications, and relevant departments during incidents.
    • Assist in reviewing and preparing communication materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Pre-Opening & Launch Communications
    • Lead marketing communications planning and execution for pre-opening phases of hotels, restaurants, and new concepts.
    • Develop and roll out launch campaigns including teasers, announcements, media engagement, and opening events.
    • Ensure all communication touchpoints (digital, PR, on-ground, collaterals) are aligned and ready ahead of opening.
    • Coordinate closely with operations, commercial teams, and project stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Support brand positioning, storytelling, and awareness-building efforts leading up to opening.
    • Work with PR, media, and influencers to generate buzz and sustained visibility pre- and post-launch.
  • Other / Ad Hoc Responsibilities
    • Provide support on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the VP Marketing or Senior Leadership.
    • Lead or participate in cross-functional task forces requiring marketing communications expertise.
    • Step in to manage high-priority or time-sensitive campaigns outside the regular campaign calendar.
    • Provide guidance and decision support during urgent operational or reputational matters.
    • Support the development of presentations, reports, and insights for executive discussions and board reviews.
    • Contribute to process improvements and innovation in IMC practices, tools, and workflows.
    • Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned to support business continuity and organizational objectives.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong capability in marketing communications execution across multi-property environments, with experience in campaign development, content and messaging strategy, and PR coordination; brings a solid understanding of hospitality and events-driven marketing, with the ability to work with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders, supported by data-informed decision-making and a strong grasp of integrated campaign delivery.
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing channels (digital, PR, events).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective stakeholder and agency management.
