Your Role

• Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth targets.
• Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions focused service and product knowledge.
• Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
• Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
• Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay aligned with brand guidelines in all interactions.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1-3+ year/s experience in customer service and sales
• Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and move customers through the sales funnel to a successful conversion.
• Experience in a high-volume, professional customer service environment with a "solutions-focused" approach.
• Ability to guide customers through technical specifications (such as sizing and selection) and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting delivery, exchange, or product issues while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in uniform solutions, decoration/embroidery workflows, or apparel retail.
• Experience working alongside warehouse, design, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Experience managing complex orders or quotes where accuracy is critical to the supply chain.
