We are looking for a Chef de Partie (Italian Cuisine).

As a Chef de Partie (Italian Cuisine), we rely on you to:

• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintain the quality of the food provided
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Support the Executive Sous Chef on daily operation

• Enjoys interacting with people
• Enjoys being challenged
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Is a self-starter and a teamplayer
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Is willing to work shifts
