Your Role
As An E-commerce Specialist / Analyst, You Will
Manage repetitive day-to-day ecommerce tasks with consistency, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership.
Audit the website to identify onsite experience issues, content gaps, and conversion blockers that may impact customer journeys.
Analyze ecommerce data and performance trends to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
Execute processes across multiple systems, including CMS platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered applications.
Support merchandising and conversion optimization initiatives to improve customer engagement and online sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality ecommerce operations and digital execution.

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence in following structured processes across various systems and tools.

Comfortable using technical tools such as AI platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems.
Preferred Skills / Expertise
Genuine interest in e-commerce, merchandising, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.
Previous experience analyzing ecommerce data or supporting digital retail operations.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website content management, or online merchandising workflows is an advantage.
