Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will play a significant role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive shopping experience, optimizing store profitability, and managing a dedicated team of staff members. You will be responsible for coordinating various store activities to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop in-store staff, enhancing team performance and morale.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure store visual merchandising meets company branding standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage store budgets, control expenses, and forecast financial outcomes for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
  • Analyze sales data and produce reports to assess store performance and areas for improvement.
  • Create a safe working and shopping environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop promotional displays and marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Build strong community relations to promote the store and enhance its reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Effective communication skills for clear and concise interactions with customers and staff.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and apply data-driven insights for business strategies.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is desirable.
