Job Description

The Recruitment and Onboarding Lead is a pivotal role in ensuring that a company attracts, hires, and seamlessly integrates new talent into the organizational culture. This position is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive recruiting and onboarding processes that reflect the company’s values and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment team in meeting all organizational staffing needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future staffing needs and requirements.
  • Oversee the entire candidate selection process for quality and fairness.
  • Create engaging onboarding programs to quickly integrate new employees into the company.
  • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring quality indicators.
  • Maintain relationships with educational institutions to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
  • Analyze and refine recruitment processes using feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team in adopting best recruitment practices.
  • Hold regular training sessions to update the team on new recruitment trends.
  • Develop policies to enhance the diversity and inclusivity of the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding management.
  • Proven track record in leading successful recruitment teams and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, workforce planning, and diversity hiring.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective onboarding processes.
