Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of legal documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve organizational sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement real estate projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on property transactions and market conditions.
  • Expand the company’s property portfolio by identifying and acquiring new property sales listings.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local real estate agents and agencies.
  • Attend property showings and open houses to support sales efforts and attract buyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property market trends and real estate industry standards.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and sales skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Licensed real estate agent or broker with a valid and active license is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and client relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for property showings and client meetings.
