The Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry, acting as the bridge between property buyers, sellers, and developers. This position requires a dynamic professional who can provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying property trends, preparing detailed reports on land acquisition, and offering insightful recommendations to meet client requirements. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate property sales and rental agreements aligning with client requirements.
  • Coordinate property viewings and manage follow-up sessions with potential clients.
  • Work closely with legal teams and financial institutions to facilitate transactions.
  • Stay updated with current real estate laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Participate in conferences and property exhibitions to network and market properties.

  • Track and report on sales performance to management regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in property consultancy or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of property sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in multiple languages desirable.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and digital marketing platforms.
  • A valid real estate license in the region of operation.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
