Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will assume a vital role in the real estate industry by providing informed advice and support to clients who are looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the real estate market and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Your expertise will guide clients through the complexities of property purchases and sales, ensuring they make transactions that are both satisfying and financially beneficial. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients to make informed decisions by evaluating various property options and understanding market trends, demographics, and economics. Your ultimate goal is to foster a seamless transaction process that meets the clients' needs and contributes to their long-term financial success.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze property market trends to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Assist clients with the purchase, sale, or rental of properties.
  • Conduct viewings and inspections of properties with potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide comprehensive information on available listings to interested clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure fair terms for all parties involved.
  • Promote properties via marketing initiatives, both online and offline.
  • Maintain updated records of all property transactions handled.
  • Offer guidance on legal requirements and financial considerations involved in transactions.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders in the process.
  • Keep up to date with local and national property laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry and client base.
  • Provide post-transaction customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a property consultant or in a similar advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market conditions and trends.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
