• Train and mentor junior technicians in the maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Provide technical support to operations staff on equipment-related issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical technologies.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or repair.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment is essential.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
