Job Description

A Junior HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling a diverse range of tasks related to recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing. Responsibilities

  • Help in organizing and coordinating training sessions and seminars for employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations at all times.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely assistance with HR-related issues.
  • Compile and prepare HR-related reports regarding performance metrics and other data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for logistics and administrative support on HR matters.
  • Conduct preliminary research for updates in HR practices and standards as needed.
  • Help manage employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team to optimize workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employee management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software tools.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Previous internship or experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
