  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings logistics.

  • Provide general support to visitors, including greeting and directing them properly.
  • Help maintain office cleanliness and implement organized, efficient layouts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or related positions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
