Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure availability when needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of departmental documents and reports.
  • Support various departments with clerical duties and special projects.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain integrity of company databases.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions efficiently.
  • Provide hospitality to office visitors and maintain professional reception area.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Light bookkeeping duties and assistance with financial report preparation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
