The JR Admin Assistant is an integral role within our dynamic team, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports as required.
  • Maintain and update company databases and employee records regularly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail deliveries.
  • Support the management team with special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and requisitions are made timely.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including orientation coordination.
  • Monitor and respond to general inquiries from clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures consistently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have a positive attitude and be a team player within the workplace.
