Job Description

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of our information technology team, responsible for providing essential technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will address IT-related queries and issues, provide solutions to hardware and software problems, and collaborate with a team of professionals to improve our IT systems and networks. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and support for end-user questions and IT incident reports.
  • Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues to resolution for users across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient system performance and repairs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and updates in the IT knowledge base.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, including hardware and software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary for swift interventions.
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to minimize system downtimes.
  • Maintain strong, lasting relationships with users to understand their IT needs and improve service quality.
  • Support data backup, recovery processes, and ensure data integrity and security across all levels.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on new software applications when implemented.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements within the IT industry.
  • Participate in projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and system administration fundamentals.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in IT infrastructure components.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and on-call shift schedules as required by the organization.
