Job Description

A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources department. The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping the culture and workforce of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR systems, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. They will work closely with executives to align HR policies with the company’s strategic direction and values. The HR Manager should possess a deep understanding of HR processes and excellence in strategic thinking. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee onboarding, development, and training programs for career growth.
  • Consult with management to provide HR guidance on policy and procedure matters.
  • Drive performance management and improvement systems to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and workplace policies.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation affecting HR functions.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including dispute resolutions and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, providing advice on equitable pay.
  • Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement and feedback programs.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations affecting HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Proven ability in developing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in HR software and Microsoft Office necessary for daily tasks.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is advantageous.
