Responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
• Interpret and translate clients’ needs and brand strategies into robust design concepts.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements ensuring the designs are on-brand.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design work.
• Work closely with the copywriting team to develop coherent branding messages and layouts.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of designs across various digital and print platforms.
• Prepare high-quality mockups and present them for approval and feedback from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external printers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload effectively.
• Oversee the design aspects of the innovation from conception through to the final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role is essential.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating competency in design principles and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and production processes.
• Exceptional creativity combined with strong attention to detail and artistic skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices.
