Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our company, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing timely, efficient, and informative service. Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries daily.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using correct methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues or queries.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times towards customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts and filing documents.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues and other departments when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company services to provide knowledgeable responses.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints using established procedures.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for Bachelor's degree holders.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to enhance customer interactions.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
