  • Provide feedback to management to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for effective interaction.
  • Proven multitasking abilities to handle simultaneous inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools is desirable.
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and patient under pressure with demanding clients.

  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
