Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for enhancement and improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and operations to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to guide project implementations effectively.
  • Create and maintain detailed business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate business performance and identify trends.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to address system issues.
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
  • Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for business users as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver frequent reports to management stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to provide insights and support business initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and analytics strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT or business.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder interaction.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and project dynamics.
