Assistant Manager, Demand Planning

The Assistant Manager, Demand Planning plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's inventory levels meet customer demand while minimizing costs. This role involves significant coordination with other departments such as sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop accurate demand forecasts, which are critical for the successful procurement of inventory and production planning. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting methodologies.
• Experience using demand planning software and enterprise resource planning tools.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
