Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. You will have a variety of responsibilities, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing office logistics. Your role requires a high level of organization, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings efficiently and timely.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems meticulously.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations as needed.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly with excellent customer service skills.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage expense reports and assist with budgeting and accounting tasks.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced regularly for optimal performance.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
