Senior Training Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Senior Training Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively in a healthcare BPO environment. You will partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify learning gaps, improve training programs, and ensure training outcomes translate into stronger employee and business performance.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6:00 PM- 3:00 AM, Remote

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Management

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using the ADDIE framework.
• Manage onboarding programs and ensure new hires achieve competency efficiently and consistently.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on learner feedback, performance data, and business needs.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

• Maintain and audit SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides to ensure they remain accurate, structured, and aligned with current workflows and compliance standards.
• Translate complex operational processes into clear, practical, and user-friendly learning materials.

Performance & KPI Alignment

• Partner with QA and Operations to identify learning gaps using quality audits, performance data, and operational KPIs.
• Track training effectiveness through metrics such as time-to-proficiency, training satisfaction, and post-training performance, and recommend improvements based on results.

Coaching & Development

• Mentor SMEs and trainers to strengthen training delivery, knowledge retention, and performance reinforcement.
• Develop and facilitate workshops for trainers and leaders focused on effective training delivery and employee development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Management to align training initiatives with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate.
• Experience in training, instructional design, or a related learning and development role.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs using instructional design principles, preferably the ADDIE framework.
• Strong experience in developing training materials, manuals, SOPs, and other learning resources.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect training outcomes to operational KPIs and business goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
• Working knowledge or experience in a healthcare BPO environment is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a trainer in a healthcare BPO account is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Medical or healthcare-related educational background.
• HIPAA certification.
• Train-the-Trainer certification.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 35,000php - 40,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
