Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential leads, managing customer conversations, and supporting the sales process through effective prospecting, communication, and objection management. You will work closely with the USA and India teams while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information through CRM tools.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM, Remote

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Research and identify potential leads who are a strong fit for the companys products and services.
• Conduct prospecting activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research prospective clients and understand their potential needs before initiating outreach.

Customer Engagement and Communication

• Communicate with prospective clients clearly and professionally while adapting to their communication style.
• Build positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Provide accurate and honest information to prospective clients regarding products and services.

Objection Management

• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with logical and appropriate solutions.
• Handle rejection professionally while maintaining confidence and motivation.
• Identify opportunities to further engage prospects based on their needs and concerns.

CRM and Pipeline Management

• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and HubSpot platforms to track leads, manage accounts, and organize sales activities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity.
• Monitor the progress of leads throughout the sales process.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the USA and India teams to support sales activities and ensure effective coordination.
• Communicate relevant updates and information regarding prospects and accounts to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in communications training and other activities required to support the role.

Requirements:

• At least college level.
• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience is required.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and match the clients tone.
• Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to address customer concerns professionally.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection and objections calmly while maintaining confidence and motivation.
• Willingness to work with both USA and India teams.
• Willingness to work the required fixed overnight schedule.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 35000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
• Risk allowance of 2,000php
