About the Opportunity

The Human Resources & Office Management Assistant’s primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the PH Office & HR Manager and the HR department. He/she will assist in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes and office management activities. 

Human Resources Support

• Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.

• Compensation & Benefits Assistance: Help in updating compensation plans, administering payroll, and preparing reports for payment disbursements.

• Employee Engagement Support: Aid in developing and facilitating initiatives to foster a positive work environment, including organizing social events and activities.

• Hiring & Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating job offers, and partnering with IT and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding experience.

• Legal Compliance Support: Help ensure adherence to Company policies and Philippine labor laws; assist in coordinating with legal counsel for compliance matters.

• Policy Implementation Assistance: Support in ensuring staff compliance with Company policies; assist in handling staff grievances and disciplinary actions.
  
  

Office Management Support

• Client Satisfaction Assistance: Help in supporting new clients with recruitment needs, coordinate interviews, and maintain positive client relationships.

• Leadership Support: Provide support by taking documentations and help resolve issues and concerns.

• Legal Compliance Assistance: Ensure office compliance with local regulations; assist with tax compliance and legal documentation.

• Planning & Development Support: Assist in noting down strategic plans and goals suggested by staff and leaders, help with implementation of new plans and policies.

• Asset Monitoring Assistance: Monitor and manage company assets; oversee procurement of office supplies and report any losses or damages.

• Office Operations Support: Help management in providing support for other operational needs.

About You

 Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or related course
• 0–3 years of experience (entry-level to junior level) office administration and HR support
  
• Strong ability to manage filing systems, organize documents, and maintain accurate records while ensuring efficient office operations.
• Capable of scheduling meetings, handling calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  
• Demonstrates clear and professional verbal and written communication when interacting with employees, applicants, and clients
• Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new software systems.
